An Italian genius!  Alessandro Couture

I’m starting this post this morning in a very reflective mood, a happy, can’t wipe the smile of my face kind of mood.  I was so deeply moved yesterday with all the amazing feedback and comments that came through twitter and the blog in response to yesterday’s post about me.  Your responses were so inspiring and touched my heart. Thank you, thank you, thank you!  I was humbled so much by the responses last night that I sat on the couch cuddling my cuppa tea like a long lost friend: I knew I was in the right place!

Now, er hmm {emotions aside}… back to the wedding blog 🙂

Did you see the red wedding dress I posted on Saturday? Ohhh, melt!!!  Today I’m so pleased to show you the rest of the unique wedding dress collection by Alessandro: an incredible Italian wedding dress designer who seems to encapsulate exquisite femininity in his 2012 Collection.

This collection is luxurious, seductive and all the wedding dresses amplify elegance.  And even better than that… there are some coloured ones too, and they’re bold! Yay!!!

Unique Wedding dresses – Paris In Love

If I was getting married again I couldn’t wear a pure white dress; I would have to have colour, bold amounts of it.  Maybe the entire dress would be coloured or maybe I’d wear the stunning colourful wedding dresses designed by Chrissy Wai-Ching; they’re like infusions of rainbows melting inside fabric.

So grab your earl and join me, I’m off to get my first chai of the day and browse these exquisite wedding dresses for the fifth time…

Last year I started a little feature called Mood Board Monday which I’ve decided to drop for this year (hence no Mood Board for today :)).  Although I absolutely loved doing them, they just didn’t seem to prove as popular as many other posts going up on the wedding blog.

So, New Year, new rules – out is Mood Board Monday.  I don’t have the heart to drop them altogether though 🙁 so from time to time I will still be flashing my style-tastic wedding mood boards up for your little piece of Mood Board Heaven.

Until tomorrow I leave you “ooh-ing” and “ahh-ing” like I was when I first saw these incredibly unique wedding dresses.

I’ve never followed trends as I disliked being just one of the crowd so my love for things that are different, unusual, beautiful and stylistic that I’d had all my life transformed into Alice in Weddingland.
